Edit: ultrafez pointed out on Reddit that it's just Android 4.0 that syncs your bookmarks with Google Chrome and I guess he's right.
There have been rumors that a mobile version of the popular web browser Google Chrome could be released soon.
A new folder "Mobile Bookmarks" has been spotted in the latest Chromium version.
Also, you can't delete it, since it is a default folder.
